Objective. We present a case of fetal severe anemia associated with Jra alloimmunization. which was managed using Doppler measurement of the peak systolic velocity of the fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA-PSV) and intrauterine transfusion (IUT) of Jr(a+) red blood cells (RBCs).
